Ontario Provincial Police have reported that a woman was left with minor injuries after a three-vehicle accident on the southbound side of Highway 400 at Highway 7 in Vaughan.
The incident occurred when the woman, driving her car, was rear-ended by a tow truck as traffic was decelerating. This impact caused her vehicle to collide with another pickup truck that was carrying salt. The woman was subsequently airlifted to a hospital for medical attention.
The OPP posted multiple photos and a video on X, which depicted significant damage to her car, including a crumpled rear and detached door and bumper. All traffic lanes have since been reopened.
