Two people were hospitalized after a crash early Saturday near the intersection of Dougall Avenue and Ouellette Place around 2 a.m. Officers found a vehicle flipped over with significant damage and a downed streetlight.
The individuals sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Windsor police are continuing their investigation.
