A large truck rolled over and spilled scrap metal onto Hwy. 401 in Scarborough following a three-vehicle crash involving a minivan and a snow plow on Thursday afternoon. The collision occurred near Morningside Avenue where the collectors’ lanes merge into the express.
According to the OPP, all drivers involved were unharmed, though a female passenger in the minivan was taken to the hospital as a precaution. The two right lanes that were blocked earlier have since reopened.
