A man in his 50s was hospitalized after a collision between a taxi and another vehicle in downtown Toronto on Sunday. The crash occurred near Yonge Street and Lake Shore Boulevard just before 2 p.m., causing the taxi to flip over.

Paramedics assessed three individuals at the scene, transporting the taxi driver, a man in his 50s, to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police confirmed the driver’s injuries were minor. The other driver involved in the crash remained at the scene.

As of now, westbound Lake Shore Boulevard is closed at Yonge Street while police continue their investigation.
