Toronto police are investigating a pedestrian collision in Scarborough’s east end that occurred early Sunday morning. The incident took place just after 8 a.m. at Sheppard Avenue East and Meadowvale. The driver stayed at the scene, but the pedestrian’s injuries have not been disclosed.
As a result, TTC routes 85 and 85A are detouring via Rainbow Ridge, Generation Boulevard, and Meadowvale Drive. The intersection remains closed while police investigate.
