A motorcyclist was injured in a collision with a vehicle on the QEW in Oakville Saturday afternoon. Emergency crews, including Oakville Fire and Halton paramedics, responded to the crash in the eastbound lanes between Bronte Road and Third Line.
The rider was reportedly thrown into the rear window of the car. Both the motorcyclist and another individual were checked at the scene, though their injuries have not been detailed. Police have not disclosed the motorcyclist’s age, gender, or other specifics.
The crash blocked three left lanes, but the area has since been cleared and reopened. The cause of the accident is still being investigated.
