Emergency responders were called to several collisions in the London area on Thursday due to icy conditions and blowing snow. Around 8 a.m., a tractor-trailer jackknifed on Highway 402, closing all westbound lanes.
Vehicles were diverted through the Wonderland exit, causing significant traffic backups on both Highway 402 and Wonderland Road. No injuries were reported, and the highway reopened just before 10 a.m.
