A Hamilton city worker has died following a collision in Ancaster on Friday morning. The crash occurred around 10:30 a.m. on Golf Links Road, near Martindale Crescent and Mohawk Road, when a white sedan traveling westbound collided with a city vehicle working in the shoulder lane.
One city worker died at the scene, while another sustained minor injuries and was hospitalized. The sedan driver also suffered minor injuries and is cooperating with police. Authorities expect road closures in the area to last for several more hours.
