A 24-year-old from Windsor has been charged with careless driving following a single-vehicle crash on Highway 401 in Chatham-Kent on April 2 at around 6:50 a.m. The vehicle ended up in a ditch. Police are seeking witnesses or anyone with dash-cam footage to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
