An 84-year-old woman has died following a two-vehicle collision Tuesday evening in South Dundas, Ontario. The crash occurred around 6 p.m. on County Road 18 near Heritage Road. According to the Ontario Provincial Police, both vehicles were heading west when one attempted to turn onto Heritage Road and was struck by the other.

The woman was airlifted to hospital by Ornge but was later pronounced dead. The investigation is ongoing, but no road closures remain in effect. South Dundas is located approximately 70 kilometres south of downtown Ottawa in the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry.
