A 32-year-old driver from Middlesex County was hospitalized with serious but non-life-threatening injuries following a crash on McEwan Drive in Middlesex Centre around 6 a.m. The crash occurred in an area where the road was washed out near Nairn Road and Bear Creek.
McEwan Drive will remain closed indefinitely for repairs. Due to heavy rain in the region, police are advising caution around bodies of water.
