A fatal incident took place north of London on Wednesday, resulting in one death and two injuries. The Middlesex County OPP, along with the Middlesex-London Paramedic Service and Middlesex Centre Fire, responded to the collision on Richmond Street, just north of Eight Mile Road, at approximately 5:37 p.m. involving two vehicles.
Authorities reported that three individuals were taken to the hospital, with one later dying from their injuries. The identity of the deceased remains undisclosed. Richmond Street will be closed between Eight Mile Road and Nine Mile Road for several hours as the investigation is ongoing.
